I am a 2nd generation shellfish farmer with over a decade of working full-time on the farm. Farming shellfish on the California coastline has been a lifelong passion of mine. It connects me to the water, the land, and the people who seek out these briny jewels as food that sustains them. Sustainable seafood is an important part of our food system and it brings me great joy to be able to provide an important piece of that to consumers. 

We currently farm 5 different species of Oysters (Miyagis, Kumamotos, Atlantics, European Flats and Olympias), Gallo Mussels and Manila Clams.
